Welcome to AVA Atelier. By booking a session with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are designed to ensure a smooth experience for all clients and to comply with relevant consumer protection regulations.

1. Cancellation and Change Policy

  • You may cancel your photo session up to 72 hours in advance without penalty.

  • You may reschedule your appointment once, at no cost, up to 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Late rescheduling (within 24 hours of the session) will incur a 150 NIS fee.

2. Session Guidelines

  • Please arrive 5 minutes before your scheduled time.

  • Session time cannot be extended to accommodate late arrivals.

3. Background Selection

  • Please inform our host of your preferred background color upon arrival.

  • Background changes during the session are only available for 90-minute bookings.

  • For such bookings, clients may request a switch between black and white backgrounds.

4. Business Warranty

  • In the event of a studio error (e.g., equipment failure), AVA Studio guarantees a complimentary rescheduled session, valid for up to 3 months from the original session date.

5. Product Delivery

  • All photos are delivered in high-resolution JPEG format via a private cloud folder, shared with the client by email within 24 hours after the session.

6. Privacy Policy

  • Client photos are stored in a private, secure cloud folder for 7 days, after which they are permanently deleted.

  • AVA Atelier will never use client photos for promotional or any other purposes without consent.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • AVA Atelier is not liable for any delays, cancellations, or service disruptions caused by factors outside its control, such as extreme weather, power outages, or internet failures. Liability is limited solely to rescheduling the session or refunding the session fee, as determined by AVA Atelier.
