AVA's first community night. Free to attend, registration required.

There'll be:

• Public talk by Ava's founder Vlad Neyshtadt: What is a Self Photography and how Ava was created

• Public talk by speaker Gala Shraer: How to work with people who are not professional models, posing, comfort, preparation & confidence in front of the camera.

• Giveaway draw

• Live music (Band will soon be announced)

• Portrait sessions at AVA

Schedule:

18:45 - 19:30 — Early doors: come get a Portrait photo session in the live queue before things kick off

19:30 - 19:50 — Introduction by Ava's founder Vlad Neyshtadt. Public talk: What is a Self Photography and how Ava was created

19:50 - 20:20 — Public talk by Gala Shraer - Photographer who explores women and atmoshere as a phenomenon

20:20 - 20:30 —  Closing speech about Ava Community. Giveaway draw

20:30 onward — Live music (Band will soon be announced)

20:30–22:30 — Portrait sessions for guests who've booked a slot in advance

During the evening — We announce a new posing masterclass series, Presented by Ava and Gala

The event is for:

For on-hand photographers and videographers

• how to help someone relax in front of the camera

• how to guide posing without making it feel stiff

• how to create a comfortable mood on set

For those who are in front of the camera

• how to stand so the body looks more relaxed

• how to find your better angles

• how to feel less awkward while being photographed

The AVA Portrait Session:

During the event, you'll also be able to join a self-portrait session at Ava. It is for those who want to experience how Ava works without booking a full session right away. The slots are limited and cost 75 NIS.

• mark that you want to book a slot when registering to block a slot or come to the studio before the presentation part starts and try it.

• you take 10 portrait-format photos yourself, using the mirror and remote.

• 1 photo on your choice will be printed out.

• this portrait-format option is a new AVA experience, come to try it out!
